North Shore Theatre Company proudly presents The Wizard of Oz.

This musical brings the magical world of Oz to life with captivating music and vibrant choreography. It follows Dorothy Gale, a young girl from Kansas, who is swept away by a tornado to the fantastical land of Oz. Along her journey, she meets new friends: the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, each of whom desires something they believe they lack: a brain, a heart, and courage. Together, they set off along the Yellow Brick Road to ask the Wizard for help.

The musical features classic songs like 'Over the Rainbow,' as well as new tunes that enhance the original story. Themes of friendship, courage, and the importance of believing in oneself are explored throughout the production. The Wizard of Oz the musical offers a fresh take on a timeless tale, appealing to both children and adults while staying true to the magic and heart of the original story and celebrating the themes of courage, self-reliance, and the idea that 'there's no place like home.'
