Passage of Night; Luminary Rising is an exhibition co-curated by Cassandra Hard Lawrie and Rachael Kiang. It examines the significance of the moon and how it is reflected across cultures.
Rachael Kiang is the exhibition co-curator and she will provide insight into the exhibition themes and the various perspectives offered by each artist. Visitors will have the opportunity to ask Rachael questions about the exhibition.

Rachael Kiang is the Arts Director for Bankstown Arts Centre, and has an abiding interest in socially engaged, intercultural visual arts and art that intersects with science and technology. She believes contemporary art is key to developing Asia literacy.
This event is part of the Council curated exhibition Passage of Night; Luminary Rising. This event is part of Chatswood Year of the Dragon Festival, the North Shore’s premier Lunar New Year celebrations presented by Willoughby City Council.
