Rameau - Legrand - Brel - Piaf

Flautist Jane Rutter is joined by a fabulous trio of French-Australian musicians. Featuring siblings Emma and Tom Hamilton’s along with a guest appearance by guitarist Giuseppe Zangari.

Jane’s ‘classical to cabaret’ French flute with Emma Hamilton’s vocals and accordion, and brother Tom Hamilton’s piano, create an enticing blend of French and jazz inspired music. The concert showcases works by Michel Legrand, Francis Poulenc, Jules Massenet, Jacques Ibert, Jean-Philippe Rameau Cole Porter and others with tributes to Edith Piaf, Juliet Greco, Zizi Jeanmaire and Jacques Brel. A concert of beautiful Parisian music for voice, flute, accordion, bass, guitar and piano.
