The Royal Life Saving Society has been awarded a grant from Chatswood RSL Club that offers youth aged between 15 and 18 years of age in the Willoughby LGA the opportunity to participate and gain their first aid certificate at little cost. There is an online module that is required to be completed after. An assessment takes place at Chatswood Youth Centre at the end of the day.
Students will be assessed from the pre-study and classroom session. Learners will be issued with a Statement Of Attainment for HLTAID003 - Provide First Aid and HLTAID001 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on the successful completion of the course.
Training and certificates will be provided by Royal Life Saving Society.
